A Key to Living a Blessed Life
In life, it can be easy to get caught up in the maelstroms of the physical world and deny gratitude. Whether it's finances, material possessions, relationships, time, or success, we tend to fixate more on the things we don't have rather than what we do have.
Consequently, this builds a life where no matter how much you get and how much you have, it's never quite enough. There's always something lacking.
So what happens when you choose to live in a state of thanksgiving?
When you choose to embody an attitude of gratitude?
Well, with no exaggeration, it can be a key that changes everything!
Affirming your blessings instead of your burdens, creates more lightness and ease in your body. Think back to when you’ve experienced this for yourself - the simple joy of being present to the truth of how blessed you are. And that lightness and relaxation then ripples outwards, creating more space for goodness, positivity, and gratitude and activating even more of your innate potential to not only manifest and grow blessings in your life, but to flow blessings *from* your life.
To affirm your worthiness to be blessed as well as your worthiness, and willingness, to be a blessing.
So as Thanksgiving passes into the rearview and we hurtle towards the end of 2022, don't let the thanksgiving stop there until next year. Make the time to affirm the blessings in your life and to give thanks for those blessings every day. Whether it be your family, your health, your home, the obstacles you’ve overcome, the lessons you’ve learned, the opportunities to grow, the people who have supported you, the people who have doubted you… do so in your thoughts, your words, and your deeds. Go above and beyond with filling your own life with gratitude for all things!
And remember that Thanksgiving isn't just about good intentions and lip service. Thanksgiving is a state of action, that when applied in integrity, offers you the opportunity to have everything you need, want, and deserve always. And the more you apply it, the more you can change your life for good.
So be blessed. Be a blessing. And open the door to living a truly blessed life.
