Activating Your Full Potential

One of the most common reasons people find themselves in front of me, whether as a client, a student, a friend, or even in random passing, is because they're seeking their life's purpose. Perhaps that's how you and I found our way to one another.

Sometimes people have just gone through a major life transition and are now feeling rudderless on their journey. Sometimes there's a trauma that snaps them into awareness of their mortality and living their life now instead of in the undetermined later. But most often, there's an awakening. An awakening from the life they've been leading to a knowing that there’s more to life and more to the reason that they're here on this planet. And with that awakening can come an urgency to discover one's life purpose and get one's life back on track.

At first we can perceive our life's purpose like choosing a major, applying a more linear way of thinking to it. As in "once I know what my purpose is then I'll be able to live it!" This is very common. But from my own personal experience as well as my experience working with my clients, that's not how it works. For purpose is not just a what, but a why and a who. And all three work together synergistically and weave together to strengthen your ability to live and embody your Purpose.

For the more you seek to know Who you actually are, the more you can actually discern your unique Why - form always determines function. And the more you know who you actually are and the gifts you wield as a unique creation of God, the more readied and thus, worthy, you are to receive direction towards the What of your purpose. Which then permits you to know even more of Who you are and the deeper layers of your Why, thus revealing more of What your purpose is...and the spiral continues!
