Planting the Seeds of your New Beginnings

While it’s common to associate Halloween with scary movies, costumes, and trick or treat, did you know it also can be thought of as the New Year?

For several cultures, particularly the Celtic and Druidic cultures, they recognized the time of year we call Halloween as Samhain (pronounced Sow-inn): the completion of the Harvest Season, the beginning of Winter and the dark half of the year, and as the veils are at their thinnest, a powerful time to honor and give thanks to our ancestors for all that they did to make our lives and our missions possible now. And thus, the celebration and recognition of the end of one Cycle giving birth to a New Cycle.

For those who may only know the New Year as January 1st according to the Gregorian Calendar it may seem strange to mark the New Year during a time of entropy. New beginnings during the dark and the cold of Fall into Winter? Doesn't it make more sense for new beginnings to come with Spring?

But the truth is that growth begins long before you can see it. By the time you see that first sprout breaking through the crust of the soil, it has already been growing in darkness, creating roots, anchoring itself firmly into the earth, and nourishing itself in order to prepare itself for growth above ground in the light of day.

And the same can be said for your goals and aspirations for new beginnings.

Do you desire new beginnings in your life? Do you crave a fresh start?

Then begin by focusing within. Doing the deeper, inner, initially unseen work of honing in on what you truly desire to nurture the spark and clearing away fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs so you can create fertile ground for your goals, your ideas, and your dreams to build and have all they need to take root, to anchor firmly in your life, and to never lack for nourishment as they sprout and grow towards the harvest of their full, pure expression.

In a world of instant gratification that emphasizes the superficial, it can be hard to have the patience and the courage to look within. And know that the world will offer you no shortage of "quick fixes" and revolutionary ways to "hack your life." But I can tell you from my own experience as well as my experience working with my clients using activations, healing modalities, and meditation systems from a Hermetic lineage that has stood the test of time for thousands of years, that patience and courage is worth it. Because it produces results that last and produce not just one harvest that benefit you right now, but several that will continue to benefit you for the rest of your life and will be inherited positively by the generations that proceed you.

So if you're ready to plant the seeds of new beginnings, I recommend preparing the soil of your life by receiving the Life Activation. And if you've already received the Life Activation, taking the next steps of receiving the Full Spirit Activation and placing your deposit for my next Empower Thyself Class in March 2023. For in this time where change is so needed in our world, that change must begin first in your inner world. Creating the template of that change first within you by bringing light and warmth to the parts of you that are hidden, shadowed, or rejected. And once that change has rooted inside, emanating that change from within to without and allowing yourself to be the fit vessel through which new energy and light can manifest and blossom in our world come Spring.

So despite the darkness and cold, consider planting your new beginnings and future harvests now. Consider aligning with the cycle of life and Nature and take advantage of this time to balance by moving past the surface to peer within. And begin the process of manifestation, just like the tiny seed, in darkness.
