Navigating Life’s Crossroads
It can be difficult to arrive at a crossroads in life. But no matter the difficulty and challenge, there is always an opportunity at that crossroads for extraordinary change. In my experience, new endings always give birth to new beginnings & blessings.
As a lover of video games growing up, I liken it to the Boss at the end of each level. If you don't face the Boss, there's no way to advance to the next level, right? Now you can perceive the Boss as an obstacle trying to keep you from progressing. But from another angle, that Boss is testing the desire within you to keep trying, to learn from your mistakes with humility and gratitude, and your will to overcome. The Boss is the gatekeeper to what's next, serving you to truly value not only the new beginnings in store, but also who you will be free to become as a result of facing your challenges head on and rising victorious.
And so it is with life’s crossroads.
The path that led you here is now presenting you with new choices.
Perhaps it’s urging you towards getting back on track. Perhaps it’s leading you away from distractions, habits, and illusions that interfered with contributing your true purpose and gifts to the world. Perhaps it’s leading you where you’ve always wanted to go, but never knew how. Regardless of why, crossroads always open us to new vistas and expose us to a broader horizon of reality.
Crossroads remind us that choice is the foundation of free will - one of the greatest powers and gifts we will ever learn to master as Human Beings on Earth.
Understandably, it can be easy to get hung up on the burden of choice. Wanting to do the "right" thing, make the "right"choice, and wanting things to be perfect.
But know this: No matter what you choose, you will still gain the opportunity to keep moving forward, to keep learning about yourself and growing into alignment with your Higher Self, and to expand your power to overcome. And the worst thing that you can do is to decline your freedom of will and give it away. To make no choice, to choose not to face the "Boss," and to therefore limit your own progression, growth, and empowerment as a result.
So if you're at a crossroads, whether it be with your job, your family, your health, or your purpose, remember to seek the opportunity hidden within the challenge. It is through facing the challenge and experiencing it wholeheartedly that you will unlock the worthiness within you to make it to the next level and receive your new beginnings with passion, gratitude, and joy.
